Long awaited Bank Holiday weekend is here!

Cucumber Water

Cucumber water is amazing!

It not only helps genuinely hydrate the body,

 it has antioxidant and detoxing properties.

And it tastes great!

Sweet Potato Pancakes

1 cup sweet potato mash

3 Tbsp self-raising flour

1 egg

1/2 cup almond milk (any milk)

pinch of nutmeg

pinch of cinnamon 

Mix the ingredients.

Cook as you would your regular pancakes.

I am serving mine with raspberries and honeycomb.

Burrata

Burrata is a fresh Italian cheese made from mozzarella and cream. 

The outer shell is solid mozzarella, while the inside contains both mozzarella and cream, 

giving it an unusual, soft texture.

It is usually served fresh and at room temperature.

 The word burrata means "buttered" in Italian.

 A well-known delicatessen and gourmet food store on Wimbledon High Street. 

The prices you pay reflect the quality of the products and produce you're buying

 but it is great and I love it.
