Chili crab salad

for 2 portions:

120g crab meat

1/2 avocado

baby gem lettuce 

2 Tbsp mayonnaise

1 Tbsp sweet chili sauce 

Mix together the crab meat, mayonnaise and chili sauce.

Divide the salad and avocado between two individual glasses 

and top with the crab mixture...
