There's nothing as tasty or refreshing as a cold smoothie for breakfast.
Even as simple and basic as mine)
All you need is
a banana
1/2 cup of yogurt
handful of frozen raspberries (or any other berries of your choice).
I also added a Tbsp of milled goji berries, flax seeds and sesame seeds.
You can add a Tbsp of oatmeal
giving the smoothie more body and substance.
