Chicken roasted on a bed of salt.

Roasting the chicken on a bed of salt is a great way to do it. The result is a tender, juicy and crispy chicken that everyone loves!
Spread one kilo of cheap ordinary salt in a tray. The amount of salt should be about an inch thick.
Place one kilo of chicken pieces (legs, thighs) on the top of the salt. Add some freshly ground black pepper. No need to salt the chicken.
Roast at the preheated oven for about 45 min.
Alternatively, you can roast a whole chicken just readjust the cooking time.
