Crustless broccoli quiche


1 broccoli head, cut into florets  and cooked
1 cup grated cheese
4 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1 tsp mustard
salt pepper

Grease an ovenproof dish with olive oil.
Arrange broccoli over base.
In a jug, whisk together eggs, milk and mustard and season to taste. Add grated cheese. Pour over broccoli. Bake for 35-40 mins, until firm and golden. Cut into wedges and serve with salad.
