Turkey Chili




Turkey Chili

500g turkey mince
2 peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 tin red kidney beans, drained
1 small tin sweetcorn, drained
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground chili (or to taste)
1/2 tsp dry tarragon (any herbs you like)
1 Tbsp Worcester sauce

Fry the onions in 1 Tbsp of olive oil. Add the turkey mince break up well with a wooden spoon. Cook for 3-5 minutes, then add garlic, spices, peppers and tomatoes. Cook for 40 minutes or so.
After that add beans and sweetcorn and cook for 10 more minutes.
Serve with yogurt or soured cream.
