Chocolate mousse for breakfast



Have you tried a healthier version of chocolate mousse?
Sugar free, egg free, guilt-free ))

1 very ripe banana
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp coco powder (i use unsweetened)
3-4 Tbsp soya or almond milk

Add banana, chia seeds, milk and cacao into blender and blend until smooth.
