Warm Mushroom Salad





Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
 Add mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper and cook, stirring,
 until the mushrooms are tender, 3 to 5 minutes.
 Remove from heat and stir in rocket (or spinach) and walnuts (or pine nuts).
