Yogurt Cake and Mother's Day


I am so happy i found this recipe!

Easiest recipe and yummiest cake!
All you need is a pot of yogurt about 125-150 ml.

First you empty your yogurt in a bowl.
Then use the emptied yogurt pot to measure out your other ingredients!

So next add:
1 pot of sugar
1/2 pot oil
3 eggs
pinch of salt
2 pots self-raising  flour
splash of lemon or vanilla essence
fresh or frozen raspberries
(or any other berries/chocolate chips/nuts etc.)

Mix all the ingredients well.
Bake for 45-60 min.
