Champagne Life

If you like modern art and you're after the latest London's art scene has to offer,
try  Saatchi’s new exhibition, Champagne Life,
features the work of 14 female artists.

Quite weird and odd, but wonderful works of art!

Hyperrealist monochrome portraits by the Serbian painter Jelena Bulajić.
Using oils she adds limestone, marble dust and ground granite.

Plexiglas sculptures by  Julia Dault.

Stephanie's Quayle's Lion Man

After the exhibition we enjoyed strolling around painted Chelsea's streets
popping into a cafe for a cappuccino and cafe lunch.

Banana Raspberry Smoothie

There's nothing as tasty or refreshing as a cold smoothie for breakfast.
Even as simple and basic as mine)
All you need is
a banana
1/2 cup of yogurt
handful of frozen raspberries (or any other berries of your choice).
I also added a Tbsp of milled goji berries, flax seeds and sesame seeds.
You can add a Tbsp of oatmeal
giving the smoothie more body and substance.

Poached Chicken

I just love this recipe by Nigella Lawson!

Put your chicken in a pot (with a lid) in which the chicken can fit snugly.
Add leeks, carrots and celery, coarsely chopped, followed by 2-3 garlic cloves, 2 bay leaves, 1 tsp of peppercorns, fresh parsley, salt.
Pour in enough cold water to cover the chicken.
You want it just about covered.
Bring to a bubble, put on the lid, turn the heat to very low and leave to cook for 1½–2 hours.
Serve the chicken and accompanying vegetables with brown rice, adding a ladleful or two of liquid over each shallow bowl,

Green Smoothie from Louise Roe

Drink this juice  and you will have clear skin in just four days, says Louise Roe!
"If I drink this concoction four days in a row, on the fifth day I see a huge difference in my skin: my face is clear of blemishes and has a nice glow to it." - reveals Louise to Daily Mail.
So simple?!
 I'm in!

Green Smoothie from Louise Roe:

1/2 avocado
1/2 pear
1 lime
handful of spinach
handful of watercress
handful of parsley

Blend all ingredients together. Add some filtered water (or coconut water) to loosen it up.
