Carrot soup with honey and chili


1 onion
500g carrots, chopped
1/2 tsp chili flakes
2tsp honey
chicken stock, salt

Fry the onions until soften. Add chili, carrots, honey, salt, chicken stock. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Wizz the soup with a stick blender or in a food processor. 
Serve with a bacon sandwich.
