200g dark chocolate
100g white chocolate
nuts, dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, apricots etc.)
Melt chocolates separately in a double boiler, or in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Mix nuts and dried fruits with plain chocolate and then spread over a baking tray with a spatula.
Drop white chocolate in dollops over the plain chocolate base, and mix into plain chocolate with a knife.
Refrigerate for 1 hour, then break bark into pieces.
