Mackerel Beetroot and Potato Salad


Mackerel, smoked
Potato, boiled
Beetroot, cooked
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt, Pepper, Dill

Break the mackerel fillets into pieces. Slice the potatoes and the beetroots.
Toss all the ingredients together.
