Almond apple crumble


1-2 apples, peeled and cored
1Tbsp butter
pinch of cinnamon
2 Tbsp sugar

For the topping:
150g ground almonds
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
3 Tbsp sugar
100g butter 

Rub the butter, sugar, ground almonds and coconut together until the mixture resembles crumbs. 
Saute the apples in butter for 3-5 minutes. Mix in the sugar and cinnamon. 
Spoon the fruit mixture into the bottom, then sprinkle the crumble mixture on top.
Bake about 20 minutes.
