Chicken and Pak Choi stir fry with noodles


Chicken 200g, cut into strips
Pak Choi 200g, sliced
garlic 3 cloves
ginger 1 inch piece
dry noodles 2 portions
soy sauce 1+1 Tbsp
sugar 1 tsp
cornflour 1 tsp

First, marinate the chicken in soy sauce and cornflour for 5-10 minutes.
Cook the noodles in a large pan of boiling water for 2-3 minutes until soft.
Once the noodles are cooked. Drain and return to the saucepan. Toss well in 1 tsp sesame oil and set aside.
Heat a wok until very hot, then add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil. Add the chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until it loses its colour. When the chicken is ready add garlic, ginger, the vegetables. Stir in soy sauce and sugar. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Toss in the noodles and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly and serve immediately.
