Chicken with peppers Greek style


200g chicken tights, diced
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
pinch chili flakes
2 peppers, chopped
1 tin crushed tomatoes
olives, feta


Add the onion and  sauté over medium heat, stirring often until onions become translucent. Add chicken, chili flakes and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken turns white in color. Add peppers. Add the crushed tomatoes. Simmer on medium to medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring often. If sauce becomes too thick or begins to stick, pour in a few tablespoons of water.
Befor serving add olives and feta.
