Oriental turkey meatballs


500g turkey mince
1 egg
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
3 spring onions, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cm ginger, finely chopped
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp Mirin
salt, pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients.
Roll them into balls.
Fry in oil until done!

I served the meatballs with stir-fried noodles and courgettes cut into strands using the spiral slicer.
