Raspberry jam stuffed French toast


I love French toasts!
Do you?
To make it even more indulgent
try adding a spoonful of raspberry jam or peanut butter.



Spread a slice of wholemeal bread with jam of your choice.
 Press slices together, forming sandwiches.
In a bowl, beat together the eggs and milk.
Melt butter in a pan over medium high heat.
Dip sandwiches in the egg mixture to coat.
 Place in the skillet, and cook on both sides until golden brown.
Serve drizzled with maple syrup and nuts/berries/fruits.
