Delicious and easy pasta salad. One of my favorites! This time i simply bought it from the salad bar at Morrison but it is so easy to cook at home as i often do!
250g any pasta shapes
150 g ham, chopped
150g cheese, coarsely grated
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 Tbsp creme fraiche
Cook the pasta in a saucepan of salted boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain and cool.
Combine the pasta, ham and cheese in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise and toss until well combined.
