Broccoli and cheese mash


4-5 medium potatoes
200g broccoli
100 g cheese, grated
1/2 cup milk
salt
butter


Halve the potatoes and add to a large pot. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes while you trim and chop broccoli into. Add the broccoli to the potatoes and cook for 5 minutes more. Drain and stir in the milk, butter and cheese and mash until the cheese melts into potatoes and broccoli.
