2 chicken legs
salt, pepper
2 Tbsp Orange marmalade
1 Tbsp soy sauce
Sprinkle the chicken legs with salt and pepper. Heat an ovenproof frying pan until hot, add a Tbsp of oil, add the chicken and fry until just golden-brown.
Roast in the oven for 10-15 minututes.
While the chicken is roasting, whisk together the marmalade and soy sauce. Pull the chicken out and baste with 1/2 of the marmalade mixture. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
Take the chicken out again and baste with the remaining marmalade mixture. Return to the oven and bake for 10 minutes more.
