Diet chocolate truffles


porridge oats 1.5 cup
prunes 1 cup
cocoa powder 1 Tbsp
cold strong coffee 2+ Tbsp
desiccated coconut 2 Tbsp

Mix all the ingredients, except coconut, in a food processor. Process until combined adding cold coffee 1 Tbsp at the time.
Take small pieces of the mixture and roll between the palms of your hands into small balls.
Roll in coconut. 
Leave in a fridge for 30 minutes.
