1 cup milk (cow milk, rice, almond, soy milk, etc.)
2 Tbsp oatmeal
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 frozen banana
or any fruits/berries of your choice
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
P.S. Frozen banana makes smoothie thicker and you don't need any ice!
