200g minced pork
2 portions of noodles
1 green pepper, chopped
1 handful of spinach
chili flakes to taste
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
Cook the noodles.
Heat a wok over medium heat. Add 2 teaspoons oil and swirl to coat. Add garlic and chili flakes. Cook for a minute.
Add mince. Cook, breaking up mince with a wooden spoon, for 4 to 5 minutes or until browned. Add soy sauce, fish sause, sugar and peppers. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add spinach. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Add noodles and stir to combine. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
