Turkey and pepper stir fry


250g turkey cut into strips
1 onion
2 peppers
2 cloves garlic
chili flakes to taste
2Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar


Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion, garlic, chili flakes and turkey over a medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. 
Add the peppers and fry for another minute, until soft. 
Next, stir in the soy sauce, sugar and cook for a further 3-4 minutes over a medium heat. 
Serve with rice or noodles.
