1 head of broccoli florets
200g pasta
1/2 cup frozen peas
1Tbsp butter
1Tbsp olive oil
1clove garlic, minced
juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
salt, pepper
Combine cooked pasta, defrosted peas and broccoli in a large bowl.
In a small pan, heat the butter and oil and cook the garlic and lemon zest over medium-low heat for 1 minute. Add salt, the pepper, and the lemon juice and pour the mixture over the vegetables and pasta. Toss well. Sprinkle with the cheese.
