Cabbage with Mattessons' sausage


2 onions, thinly sliced 
1 carrot, finely chopped
1/2 head of cabbage
2 garlic cloves
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
1 ring Mattesson pork sausage, sliced

In a large pan fry the onions and garlic. Add the cabbage, carrots, sausages, salt, pepper.
Cover and cook until the vegetables begin to wilt, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
