200g butter at room temperature
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chocolate chunks
Cream the butter, granulated sugar and light brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs, one at the time.
Add the flour, salt, soda and mix until well incorporated.
Fold the walnuts and chocolate chunks.
Spread the batter into prepared greased and floured tin.
Bake for 30 minutes, oven 160-170.
