Turkey and potato stew


500g turkey, cut into pieces 
500g potatoes, cut into large chunks 
150ml white wine
1 onion
salt, pepper, dry herbs

Mix well turkey sliced onion, salt, pepper, herbs and white wine. Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
Transfer into a baking dish along with the potatoes. Cover with foil and roast for 1 hour.
