Creamy Pasta

This is the perfect midweek supper. And easy on your wallet too!

pasta 200g
mushrooms 100g
onion, chopped 1
savoy cabbage, chopped 200g
cream 150ml
olive oil, salt, pepper

Cook the pasta according to packet instructions in a pan of salted boiling water. 3 minutes before pasta is cooked add savoy cabbage. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan, add onion and fry for 3-4 minutes or until the onion has softened.
Add the mushrooms and double cream and continue to cook over a gentle heat for 2-3 minutes, or until the mushrooms has cooked through.
Stir in the drained pasta and cabbage and season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Serve with Parmesan...
