Pork chop and apple sauce


1 lb apples
2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 bay leaf
1 pinch of allspice

Peal, core and coarsely chop apples. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer in a saucepan, stirring occasionally. 
Cook covered until apples are very soft about 15-20 minutes. Mash apples with a fork.
