Meatloaf

600-700g minced beef
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp paprika
1 egg
100g breadcrumbs (i used Panko)
1 Tbsp Worcester sauce
1Tbsp+3Tbsp ketchup
1tsp mustard

Heat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas4.
Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly reserving, 3 Tbsp of ketchup.
Transfer the mix to a 900g/2lb loaf tin and pat down until level. Spread 3 Tbsp of ketchup on the top. 
Bake in the oven for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
